Adam I am sorry that you seem to feel that we are have cheated you in any ways. The truth is I have a invoice printed on the vehicle and it is a CXL. I beg to differ with some of your comments stated in your review but it is what it is. If you still want the vehicle cleaned you may bring it in as soon as you can. Also if you can tell we have some of the highest reviews in Dealer Rater site so to imply that we do false advertising or bait and switch we take very serious. You may feel free to call Deric Kaiser our General Manager to discuss your complaint. I am sorry that everything turned out this way and you happen to feel the way you do. Jeremy Scott

The fact that the car wasn't cleaned is just a small issue compared to the main issue at hand. As to what I said about it not being a CXL, that was based on what was told to me by GM directly. But you personally told me that it was a CXL2, and you and Jimmy both confirmed that it had cooled seats which is only available in a CXL2. My review did not resort to name calling or false accusations. I simply stated facts about the transaction. By definition, advertising that a vehicle has something that it does not is false advertising. By definition, advertising or stating that a buyer is getting a certain version of a vehicle but delivering a vehicle that is not that version is bait and switch. My review stated that you didn't reply to my last email that answered you about how I did address the featured before completing the sale. That was another fact. You ignored the email. That doesn't reflect well on customer service "after the sale" that was touted in an email asking me to review Kaiser. Whether the main problem was intentional or not, you and Jimmy didn't even once apologize. I don't know about you, but I was raised to apologize when I do something wrong whether it was on purpose or mistake. The bottom line is that I left there with a vehicle that wasn't as advertised and wasn't what you personally assured me it was, and once I discovered it I was left hanging without even the courtesy of an apology. I didn't even receive the touch up paint that you promised would be sent to us (as if we want to even end up with this car that isn't what was expected). If you have another 09' Enclave that has the features I was promised, within the mileage promised, and in the condition promised that you will be willing to exchange at no extra charge (out the door), I will be willing to consider it. We are not picky about exterior color, but only like the tan or black interior. Until then I am forced to file a complaint with the BBB and I am awaiting a call from an attorney who specializes in cases like this. I am not a litigious person, but I feel that in this case I am forced to do something.
