I have no complaints regarding the quality of your work. But recently customer service as been truly lousy. I was scheduled for service for the recall was checked in and told it would be about 2 hours becau But recently customer service as been truly lousy. I was scheduled for service for the recall was checked in and told it would be about 2 hours because they were running behind. 3 hours later I was told that the work could not be done because the computer was not updated. I was told I could get the car wash I didn't get the time before that only to be asked as I'm walking to my car after a 3 hour wait that if I still wanted my car washed they could do that for me. I declined and was told that I would be among the first to be called when the recall was updated. Well 2-3 weeks later I called to check regarding the recall because I was informed by a relative that they had gotten theirs done there a week ago. Sure enough I was given a time to come in and have it done. The customer's time is just as important to them as Reed Hyundai repair is to them. If I had come in 3 hours late my appointment would not have been honored. I purchased a service contract that supposedly included a car wash whenever I came in that I have yet to been able to use. I don't know if it's Covid or new employees but the customer service sucks! More

Got in early and the staff greeted us warmly. We waited inside during our service and didn’t have to wait long. Disappointing this time- was there an hour longer than anticipated- no one checked me in so therefore I didn’t have anyone to text to ask why - and to find my car the tech hit the panic button - an hour a anticipated- no one checked me in so therefore I didn’t have anyone to text to ask why - and to find my car the tech hit the panic button - an hour and a half after my scheduled appt time. When car was ready I was told it was ready to go he just needed to move a couple of cars and take the tag out of my car- so I got in but he left my key laying on the desk so I had to go back in to retrieve it- guess they were busy - but really disorganized that day This is the first time I have been dissatisfied so yes I’ll be back and hope it doesn’t happen again More
