I am giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 because the main issue why i was there for my recent visit is the same issue i had in my prior visit. The difference this time is that, the customer service rep took elaborate notes on what the issue was. In my previous visit, i explained that my battery was loose and i needed someone to look at it. The rep hastily agreed but there was no evidence that they looked at it. The issue persisted and hence i had to come back. This time it was fixed although i got charged full price on both visits. He quoted me a pick up time of 2 but my car was able to get done quickly and I was out of there at noon. I will definitely be going back! More
