informational, honest, friendly I went to reed Hyundai for a routine update to one of the engine sensors and had to go back for a different issue dealing with the master cylinder. t I went to reed Hyundai for a routine update to one of the engine sensors and had to go back for a different issue dealing with the master cylinder. they diagnosed the issue and estimated that it would take about a week and it did to get all the parts in and finish the job. when I was talking to josh part of the service staff with the bill he had caught that there were parts on the bill that did not need to be there and he got it fixed and he contacted me back in a timely manner. I appreciated his awareness and his attention to detail and saving me money. More

I called on a Monday and was able to be seen that Wednesday morning - picked my car up at the end of the day and was told nothing was diagnosed (and no code was showing), but after talking to my service advisor a little more he was quick to suggest a simple routine engine maintenance that they were able to do that week that ended up fixing the issue I was feeling with my car. Was totally taken care of from start to finish! More

Amazing service I believed I had booked an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday morning and it turns out, I didn’t. I showed up and was informed that they could work me I believed I had booked an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday morning and it turns out, I didn’t. I showed up and was informed that they could work me in and it would probably be 2 hours or so... and then they got it done in just over an hour! They were a busy place, but amazing costumer service and worth the almost 45 minute drive for me to get to them. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and they were just very nice throughout the process. I’ll be going back More
Helped when they didn’t have to! We thought our 2012 Sonata was toast. It died, and we found out there had been problems with this year’s Sonata. The warranty had just expired, and officially they didn’t have to do anything to help us. However, they replaced the engine for us, which obviously was really great for us!
