I don't like pushy, aggressive salesmen, and was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite :) I also worked with manager Brianna Holloway who was a bit more of the pushy salesperson type. I write a reviews pretty frequently, but I can honestly say that I am rarely so motivated to write such an affirmative one (I write both positive and negative reviews -- while the scorching, critical condemnations aren’t fun, they may increase the wariness of others). My salesman was Micah Wiedner, and I asked for him because a friend recommended him. I have pretty high credit scores, so I wasn’t the least bit worried about getting approved for a loan, but I also wasn’t planning on buying a car for approximately ten or eleven months… Some idiot on his cell phone turned my subcompact into a compacted subcompact, and things changed… Micah was friendly, he knew his products, and he was consistently charismatic without being phony or bellicose (as some overzealous salesmen at other dealerships were). I went into the dealership with my spreadsheet of features and financial info and my lists (organized by car model for the three Hyundai cars I was considering) of questions – Micah didn’t flinch at the obviously overly-analytical, meticulously thorough manila file folder I brandished. (He even seemed impressed.) He was NOT pushy, impatient, judgmental, or any of the other negative traits that his competitors exhibited at various points during my car search. This was the first dealership I scoped out, and the Tucson was the first car I test drove. Despite the fact that I fell in love with it immediately, and that my initial impression of Micah and the finance people was that they were knowledgeable, conversant, and sure to make the process relatively painless, I commenced a broad search to validate my gut feeling that the Tucson was “the one.” I visited 12 dealerships, and test drove over TWENTY cars, and the best experience I had was definitely at Reed Hyundai, in large part due to Micah. While my new Tucson (I named her Valencia, which means “brave or strong” in Spanish, lol) was NOT the LOWEST price, it was the BEST DEAL by far. Micah did an excellent job explaining the wonder Value trim package, as well as my additional options, and repeated tidbits of info as necessary as I (of course) took detailed notes. I knew what I wanted, as far as specs, features, and safety ratings. I knew what I didn’t need, and the things I was indifferent to. Micah was an incredibly active listener, and I knew I would not suffer any dreaded “buyer’s remorse,” after our conversations (yes, plural again, because I’m a little bit OCD). Some people would say I wasted time going to all the other dealerships, and going on all the additional test drives, and getting all the different quotes regarding payment etc. I don’t feel that way, because I did learn a lot – however, the most important thing that I learned is that when my husband is due for an upgrade on his car? We’d be happy to return to Reed Hyundai. I also intend on referring my friends there – each clutching a business card of Micah Wiedner – so that they can enjoy the process and purchase as much as I did. More

Let’s not even bother. Wait! I used my car care program. It does not cover synthetic oil. I learned something. I better ask if synthetic oil is part of their deal. More
Getting my first car Micah was beyond helpful. He was very thorough and really listened to what I had to say and what I wanted. He didn't make me feel pressured at all. He Micah was beyond helpful. Did not notice till I drove vehicle home and looked at odometer Finance- was a nightmare. Waited over 1 hour. I have vey good credit so once in office only took 15 minutes. No need to wait that long to finish deal. If Finance was better experience then I would give better rating Last thing is- It is now 11 days since I purchased and my old loan has not been paid for. Have reached out for rep and have not heard back. Will call dealership tomorrow if I don't hear back. More
