Good Experience overall Salomen Williams had initial started contact with me via email. Henry was very accommodating when I told him I was not sure which style of Elantra I wanted but was looking to try the Value Edition with the Sunroof. He did not have one in my color but gave me a key fob to try a similar one. I liked it and then we started going over the colors and I told him blue. Took me a couple of minutes to figure out which one but Henry had found one locale, at first, but found out it was just hail damaged so he located another on in Iowa. He dropped off a loaner car for me a the car rental place so I could use that until the car got from Iowa. Now the long wait for financing is something I will avoid in the future by going thorough my bank. 3+ hours is way too long. More

I cannot stress how well they take care of us, and as someone who is now in the car business, Bryan sets an example that is worth following (despite being impossible to match his customer service experience). The past two sales have involved Scott Virden, and although we don't know him as well, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with, as well, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him as a sales person, as well. Sammy was very friendly and intelligent. We talked for a few minutes and Sammy showed me a 2017 elentra limited and rebates I was eligible for that model. I told him I would take it I explained to Sammy that I was in a tough financial situation. I told him that I would have to wait and month or so until I could get the proper paper work. When Brandon and I officially met in person , he was up front and honest (well as honest as a car salesman could be ) LOL the one thing he stated up front was that he would keep trying until he exhausted all his options, and that he did . He tried and tried; and ended up telling me that the only thing he could put me in was a impala knowing my heart was set on a Tucson . That was a no-go for me . And unfortunately he sent me home without a new car . I thought it was over, and had basically given up. But that was only Day1 . The very next morning I got a call from Brandon, he said he went to bed thinking on how could he help me he tried a few different paths and was able to get me approved for a Sonata , BUT I was still set on the Tucson , he said he would keep trying and let me know if anything changes it turns out he was able to get a approval on two of the SUV's I had looked at . Even though my heart was set on a Tucson ended up in a Santa Fe with all kinds of bells and whistles and I am more than happy that I did . When it was all over he kept his word and he kept trying.
