He was very cordial, informative and knew all the answers to our questions. He did a very good job of demonstrating the car's features and had a test drive mapped out that covered all driving conditions (local street speed, highway speed). He was professional and had a good sense of humor. And when we ran into a snag with not having proof of insurance our trade in, he thought of going to our insurance company's website so we could print it off. That's quick thinking. Connor did a good job of explaining the paperwork we were signing and made the transaction as smooth as possible. Both Dave and Connor stayed after hours to complete our sale.
