So glad we decided to persevere and check out the Hyundais! Henry greeted us after we had a chance to browse the lot at our leisure. He was genuine, personable, and helpful as we looked at the cars and discussed our wants and concerns. We didn't buy the first day, but he gave us the information we needed to compare his vehicle to the other one we were considering and make the decision at home. My husband and I decided to buy the Hyundai and my brother who was shopping alongside us went for another brand. When we set an appointment and came back, everything at Hyundai went smoothly! They gave us the deal they promised, plus more to address our remaining concerns. Henry guided us through the paperwork and different steps with much patience and knowledge, and we drove away with a good deal, feeling great about the service we received. We also had them add some aftermarket features, and the process of getting those installed was easy and upfront.
