Dear Robin, I want to start off with a huge apology for the way things went when you came into the dealership recently. Everyone involved feels terrible about the situation that occurred. All I can say is that we completely dropped the ball, as the General Manager I take responsibility for that and I am sincerely sorry. There is no excuse that would make the events of that night acceptable. Since you did get a new Hyundai, and your message said you live close- I wanted to extend an offer for your first two oil changes for free to simply say we apologize. We do have free Starbucks coffee, flat screens, plenty of magazines and we would love to show you the great customer service we pride ourselves on giving. Thank you for sharing your feedback so we have a chance to address this and I hope you will give our service department a chance to make it up to you. The service manager (Matt Schulz) and the sales manager (Michael Ball) both are aware of the free oil changes I am offering you. You can either call one of us ahead of time or you can just let service know when you come in, which ever you prefer.
