Although it was late, she even suggested a test drive that evening. After a couple of more visits and test drives while comparing the Accent and the Elantra, I decided to purchase a blue Elantra - the car Rebecca said she thought would be a good fit the first night I met her. Rebecca was very helpful and really listened to what I was looking for in a new car. She did not "push" the sale, and followed up on my time frame when I had a very busy schedule. More
Outstanding Experience I found the car that I was interested in on their web site. It was heavily discounted, so I was satisfied with the price. I came in with what I need I found the car that I was interested in on their web site. It was heavily discounted, so I was satisfied with the price. I came in with what I needed to make a deal; trade in amount, interest rate and length of finance to get a specfic monthy payment. I really liked the car, but I didn't need to trade, I just wanted to see if they could meet my needs. I fully expected to go home without making a deal. Salomen was able to meet all my needs and the monthly payment was within $3 of what I had to have. Needless to say I am the proud owner of a new Genesis. Salomen is very knowlegable and everyone was exceedingly friendly and helpful. My wife has a 2013 Santa Fe that she got from another local Hyundai dealer. She was so impressed with Salomen and the service department that she will be bringing her Santa Fe to Shawnee Mission Hyundai for service from now on. This was indeed an outstanding experience. More

Great Experience I have a 2009 Sante Fe that i had in the shop and I was looking around the sales floor when I was approached by Solomen Williams wanting to know if I I have a 2009 Sante Fe that i had in the shop and I was looking around the sales floor when I was approached by Solomen Williams wanting to know if I wanted to trade my 2009 in on a new vehicle. He didn't know that I was really just looking to buy another vehicle and not trade my current one in. He allowed us to test drive several vehicles, Sonota, Sante Fe Limitied, Sante Fe sport. Once we made our decision and decided to buy the Sante FE Sport I told him I didn't want to go thru all the back and forth offers like normally happens. So he went to his manager and got a very good starting price. I told him he was close but I wanted to pay less so I gave him my offer and within 10 - 15 minute the deal was done. One of the easiest negotiations for a car I've ever had. Thanks Solomen and Mike. More
Took advantage of my crisis situation I had to have a car for my daughter to drive to college. I went to the dealership after seeing a car online, calling the dealership, and being assure I had to have a car for my daughter to drive to college. I went to the dealership after seeing a car online, calling the dealership, and being assured it was still for sale. When I got there, I was told the car I came to view was sent to auction that morning. I told them what I had to spend and that I needed a car asap. Joe told one of the salesman to show me the Jeep that was on the lot. The salesperson started to raise a question, but Mr. Mason told him, "Just show her the Jeep". The salesperson I was talking with was suddenly had an appointment for a new car sale, so I was dispatched to another salesperson to continue my test drive. We took the Jeep down the main road right in front of the dealership, and I noticed something seemed amiss - there was a vibration in the front end of the car. Salesperson then drove the car himself, and said that there was no problem with the car, it was the poorly-maintained road we were driving on. I wanted to take the car on the highway, but there wasn't enough gas in it to do so - it was already almost empty of fuel. To make a long story short, we had to immediately spend $1000 on the Jeep just to get it to pass a MO safety inspection, and since then have spent as much as we paid for the thing in repairs. Prior to the sale, I was told that all their cars get a mechanical inspection. However, the Jeep had a tag on it marking it "Not for Sale", and there was no Buyers Guide on the car, or provided to me at any time, which is a violation of KS dealership practices. Filing a complaint with the state today. More

I met Dion and he worked with me with a no pressure style. I test drove a couple and fell in love with the 2014 Sonata. Dion worked with me on my trade in and discounts and I really feel like I am the one who came up on top! (my opinion, that’s how you should feel!) I want to thank Dion and the dealership as a whole.
