I found a great price on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra, actually saved me $3000 over my local dealership. Once they knew I was set to purchase the car and when I would arrive at the dealership to complete the purchase, they had the car prepped for delivery and the paperwork ready for signatures. This buying experience was one of the better car buying experiences we have had. We initially were interested in another manufacturer and test drove their vehicles. But, due to the condescending,disrespe experiences we have had. We initially were interested in another manufacturer and test drove their vehicles. But, due to the condescending,disrespectful and unprofessional sales person we dealt with, we left that dealership and headed to Shawnee Mission Hyundai. We were met by Joe Scola and was instantly impressed with his manner. He was professional, friendly and listened to what we wanted. We test drove two different vehicles and actually took one of them home for the evening, coming back the next day to work on the financial calculations. Joe and Michael Ball worked on our trade-ins and financing options and while it took more time than we would have liked, we were satisfied in the end. We bought two vehicles and have been satisfied with our experience. We bought them prior to the recent snow storms in town, so some of our add-ons have been postponed, but through no fault of the dealership. We would definitely recommend Joe Scola for a salesperson and the dealership as a whole. The follow-up has been great. The general manager has introduced himself and has given his cell number, as have all the other principal parties. We will definitely use their service department and will return for future purchases. More

Going into buying a new car we were torn between a Sonata and Camry, but after a bad experiences with a salesperson at our local Toyota we decided Hyundai would be the way to go.
