We went in on a Saturday afternoon to look over what Hyundai had to offer and was greeted by Chris Miller. Once he finished up he came back to us and spent a great deal of time educating us and showing us what we were interested in and really listened to what our needs were. After being in sales and service for over 20 years myself I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with him. I didn't feel pressured at all and knew this was my new dealership. Chris took a great deal of time to answer my questions and over my lengthy decision making process hung in there with me with a smile. I can not begin to express how impressed I was with all of the staff and the great effort they went to in order to get me where I wanted to be with my goals. In my experience there are few business left that truly appreciate the individuals that entrust them with such a large purchase. I appreciate the lengths that Chris, Michael, and Rebecca went to in order to get me a great price with a great rate and excellent service. Well, what can I say, nothing but GREAT working with everyone at Shawanee Mission Hyundai!!! A couple days after the initial inquiry, since I hadn't called yet, Devin took the initiative and called me. He was very friendly and willing to find the exact model and color I had in mind. He found one match at an affiliated dealer outside Omaha and had it transferred. I bought the car on Friday evening and it was ready Monday afternoon. (They don't transfer on weekends.) The other dealer has never called and even sent some emails from another brand they also sell. A week and a half after I took possession, Devin contacted me because Hyundai had released some updated software for the transmission controller on my model. After finding out when worked for me to have the service done, he took care of setting up the appointment with the service department and ensured that I knew where the service entrance is. More

We initially went in to test drive the Tucson and when we got back Todd saw our interest in the Santa Fe and sent us on our way to test drive it. Needless to say, we were sold on the Santa Fe. Matt worked with us and my dad on the pricing, which dealing with my dad can be a feat in itself. I was also impressed with Matt because he had remembered my dad after approx 2 years (Matt sold my dad a Sonata). It was a blessing to work with Henry, I hate b.s. and wasting time he was no nonsense. I told him about my credit situation and he gave me a realistic options clearly stating what he could do for me. I can't stand people fast talking, trying to get me to spend money I don't have. Henry was very respectful of my financial limitations and he never tried to pressure me to get anything I could not afford in fact he showed me options that would work within my range. Top of the line salesman. When your in a bad credit situation because of an isolated incident it is stressful and frustrating because your purchase power is greatly affected but I will see Henry soon for an upgrade when I resolve my situation.
