Bob was very good to me while I was looking for a new car. He did not treat me as if I were incompetent, which many dealerships do when they see a single woman looking for a car, which says a lot about h car. Went with my son into this dealership on a Sunday in March wanting to look at cars without being bothered by a salesperson. However, the best thing that could happen was that we met Chris Miller and he let us test drive a Sonata. He was informative, friendly and did not pressure us. He followed up periodically again without pressure for the next couple of months. When my son was ready to buy on 5/31, Chris could not be there because of family committments but he arranged for Matthew Pauly to help us. Matthew was the perfect fit for us. Again, no pressure and very patient with us through the process. Patrick Duffer helped my son through the financing without pressure and well past closing time. Michael Ball has a great business model for selling cars in today's world of information. My son was very pleased with the Sonata he purchased. This is the dealer I will come back to when I am ready to purchase a new car! More
The sales people did not pressure me to buy at anytime. I went in to just look and they took me for a test drive. My experience with Henry, Michael, and Felix was exactly what you hope for when buying a new automobile. After we made the deal, an error was discovered when the price on the web didn't include a particular dealer expense, but Michael did the professional thing by honoring our agreed upon deal. I understand afterwards he made the necessary changes on the internet, but, as I stated earlier, he honored our price, which I very much appreciated. Although the profit on the car I bought for my daughter was minimal at best, they couldn't have treated me better if I had been purchasing a high end car. Henry is an exceptional sales person, he even took time to come down to the dealership to deliver the car when it was his day off, and this was after I told him that he really didn't need to come down. He's obviously very dedicated. More
I have used this dealership for quite some time and I have always been satisfied with the service. I had occasion to come in due to mechanical issues and dealt with Nate Howe and he was able to get me in have always been satisfied with the service. I had occasion to come in due to mechanical issues and dealt with Nate Howe and he was able to get me in, without any appointment, resolve the issues that brought me into the dealer and in the course of solving those issues the service department identified another issue that needed to be dealt with. Everything was taken care of and I was back on the road later that day. I believe that Mr Howe and the individuals who serviced my car went above and beyond and that is rare anymore. Thank You !! My 1st visit to this dealership was to view a Sonata, and I test drove one that evening, but a 10 minute drive just wasn't enough time for me to determine if I would be comfortable in the car. I returned a few days later and asked to take the car for 24 hours, and they were happy to oblige me. This made all the difference in determining that this was the car for me. Upon returning the car the next evening, we played with the numbers for awhile, came to an agreement, I met with the finance person (which only took about 15 minutes), and I drove home in my new 2012 Sonata. The salesperson (Dave Burris), sales mgr (Michael Ball), and finance guy (?) were very friendly, accomodating, professional, and answered all of my questions. Dave then linked my phone to the car's bluetooth for me and even assisted me with transfering my personal belongings from my trade-in car to the new car. Overall a very pleasant exterience, and I would highly recommend Dave to anyone in search of a new Hyundai. I must also mention that I was always in the showroom in the evening hours, and I unintentionally kept (all of them) late--long after closing time, and they never appeared rushed or anxious to leave. I felt bad about it, but they were as nice as could be. I'll certainly give them my service business, and in a few years return to purchase my next car through Dave. I did shop at one other Hyundai dealer in JoCo, found higher prices, and the salespeople really didn't seem all that interested in actually "helping" you. Working with Dave was more like working with a friend who happens to work in the car industry. More
