Jon did an excellent job of allowing my wife & I to shop & choose without pushing to close the deal. He answered all of our questions & was very helpfull. I was impressed with the new car sales manager & the dealership general manager taking time to meet & greet us & give us their business cards with their 24 hr. home & cell numbers. I will in the future & have allready recommended Shawnee Mission Hyundai to people who are interested in cars. My only regret is that I live more than 2 hrs away & it won't be practable to use this dealership for service. My mother bought a Sonata in 2007 from SM Hyundai so I already knew it was a great car and a great dealership, but my expectations on car and staff have been exceeded.
