Felix is the most awesome sales person I have ever dealt with. He explained things so I understood everything. From the moment I met Felix I liked and trusted him. When I got ready to leave with my car, he sat with me for over an hour to explain all the gadgets on my new car. The first day I had it home and had a dome light that stayed on, he came to my house to look at it!He fixed the problem and stayed long enough to sync up all my "gadgets". Wow! Who does that anymore? i can not say enough good things about Felix! When I came in the second day, his manager, Mike Ball came right up to me and called me by name and asked if he could do anything for me while I was waiting for felix to get freed up. They worked with me on the price and even cut out standard charges. You can't find a better place this. I actually missed these guys when were done. I kept feeling like I wanted to drive by just to say Hi and chat a little bit! Can't say that I have ever felt that way about any sales person! Go there, you won't be sorry.
