She helped me get the greatest car and her service to me went far and beyond her job. My girlfriend had put me on the internet to Dealers that I wanted a HYUNDAI ACCENT GS and that I wanted it to be BLUE and the tranmission MANUAL. Rebecca called me and told me she had what I wanted. Now, Rebecca works at Shawnee Mission Hyundai in Kansas City, MO and I live in Berryville, AR. I saw the car on their website and knew that was exactly what I wanted but the car was so far away. Rebecca said they could ship it to me. Rebecca made the negotiations on getting the car easy and possible. My sweet father decided to go and pick up the car and bring it to me. He lives in St. Louis, MO. Rebecca made a reservation on the train for my dad and even picked him up at the train station. She treated us like we were family. She also helped it all happen quickly, because I was without a car suddenly and was riding my bike to work. So I needed a car fast. The Bottom line is: I LOVE MY HYUNDAI ACCENT GS THAT I GOT THROUGH REBECCA FREDERICO AT SHAWNWEE MISSION HYUNDAI. Also, I've needed a couple things after getting the car and she has provided. I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track. The experience I had with the Bob, Criss and Mike was unparalled to other dealerships that I was working with. These guys went above and beyond what I expected and made purchasing a new vehicle very easy. I identified the model, color, transmision type and options that I wanted in the vehicle. They came back with positive results in about 24 hours and the vehicle was delivered within 72 hours. These guys really care about making consumers happy as identified by negotiating the final price. I genuinely feel bad because they took a pretty substantial loss in this deal just so that I would be happy and satisfied. Although I'm in the military and not stationed in Kansas I would definitely continue to do business with Shawnee Mission Hyundai and recommend them to all my friends who do live in this area. Their customer service, professionalism and dedication speak volumes and it was an enjoyable experience working with Bob, Criss and Michael. More

My experience with Shawnee Hyundai was interesting. While everyone @ the dealership is very friendly and helpful, the situation in which I found myself was less than desirable. I purchased a toyota camry fro everyone @ the dealership is very friendly and helpful, the situation in which I found myself was less than desirable. I purchased a toyota camry from the used car dept on a Thursday and they gave me a loaner car to use while the car went through service. The windshield had to be replaced as well as a few other minor details. I never got to test drive the car prior to purchasing it, which I was fine with as long as I had the option to return it within a specified time if anything was determined to be wrong with it. All of this was fine. I waited over 2 weeks to get the keys for the camry because they sold me a vehicle that was not theirs to sell. Apparently the financing was taking so long because they were waiting on the previous owner to get approved for their new vehicle. But yet they sold me the car anyways not knowing whether this would go through. So I waited...very impatiently I might add...and with every right to be. After all I purchased a toyota camry...and while the loaner was very clean and nice, it is not the vehicle I purchased. I don't know how long they expected me to drive around the loaner and keep my mouth shut. I did not. I called repeatedly for updates...since noone called me. And then I was told that now we were waiting for the windshield to come in. How convenient. If you were so sure that this whole thing would work out enough to sell this car, then why wasn't the windshield ordered a week ago? Hmmmm... scott thouvennell and sam the finance manager are very nice guys and were very helpful throughout but they mustve had me confused with some gullible individual there for a minute. You take my money (down payment) and don't produce a car? In what universe is that ok? I asked scott for complimentary tint on the camry since I had to wait so long for it and he acted like I was making a joke. I was entirely serious and sam finally agreed to get that done for me. Which I think I was more than entitled to. I have my camry with the tint on which the tinting company did an excellent job. I am satisfied to that end. The total experience though was not the best customer service I've had. I would recommend them to others only because I feel like they bit off more than they could chew trying to sell that camry and then tried to back peddle and fix it. Which they did. So overall they got the job done I just wish it hadn't taken so long. More
