Went to Shawnee Mission Hyundai to have our Hyundai Elantra serviced and took opportunity to look at 2011 Sonata as wife interested in it. Carolina again extremely helpful and began making all the arrangements even though she would not be able to deal with us that evening due to another engagement. What she did extremely well was arrange a seemless handoff with us to Tony Chu. Tony like Carolina was cheerful, most informative, friendly and patient explaining everything to my wife and answering my myriad of questions. Working with Tony and then Michael Ball the Sales Manager was, just like with Carolina, a pleasure and we left that evening with new Sonata - a great deal all around. What was most appreciated was both Tony and Michael stayed past closing so we could finish everything. I was shopping around town for a Hyundai Elantra and was not having very good luck finding any in stock. I called Criss and she told me about a new 2012 Elantra that they had just received.
