I usually buy used and test drove a 2019 Tucson but wasn't in love with it - I really wanted some tech upgrades that model didn't have. Based on what I was saying about my Veloster and the Tucson, Corey and his sales manager convinced me to test a brand new 2020 Kona with the whistles & bells I was looking for. I would have never considered in my budget. I laughed and told them I'd only consider it if we could get the monthly payments the same. They somehow made it happen. I test drove it, fell in love with it and was able to trade in my Veloster for the Kona. Three weeks later and I am still loving the Kona and very happy with the purchase. It's like a miniature SUV. Everyone who worked with me in sales & financing & service were incredibly kind to work with. No pressure tactics and they moved as fast as they could to get me in my new car that day. This is the 1st car I've bought from Reed Hyundai (since they changed from SM Hyundai) and would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle from there. More

Ultimately we bought the car, BUT we DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership.. It was the worst experience ever!! Omid Nazari (Hyundai Manager) made a deceitful offer on our trade-in at almost 6K with a sales r this dealership.. It was the worst experience ever!! Omid Nazari (Hyundai Manager) made a deceitful offer on our trade-in at almost 6K with a sales rep and a manager and 2 business executives in conversation, and three website valuations of the car. Then after 2.5 hours of paperwork (on the third visit), he realized his "MISTAKE." Our trade-in can only be valued at 1.5K. We saw a car on a Tuesday, he promised to hold it until Thursday. By Wednesday he sold that car, and apologized by adding extra money to our trade-in, so we might take another car..."same same different color" he said. In the end the deal itself wasn’t bad, but when you were lied to, tricked, and you wasted hours of nonsense, you don’t feel like your purchase is fully satisfied. The only reason we just signed is because I don’t want to take my kids to wait another 10 hours at a dealership. I am still mad I didn’t yell at him to his face. More
My problem was not solved despite it being reproduceable and having occurred for months. The young man who checked in my vehicle and checked me out upon completion of the service was wonderful. He was polite, helpful and kind. I was in a bit of a hurry to get my oil change done and the servic out upon completion of the service was wonderful. He was polite, helpful and kind. I usually always have a great experience there. When I scheduled online it said it would be $128 for a transmission fluid flush. But at the dealership they said $249. Jordan was great. She checked on it but the manager stood by $249 even after I showed my schedule appointment showing $128. It even said transmission flush on website. And that’s why they were saying it was $249. Didn’t seem to add up. I am a sales manager at my job so I get standing by certain pricing and I was not about to cause a scene. But when that’s listed and that’s what I came for and then was charged a completely different price for same service it seems like a disconnect and some people would get loud and call it bait and switch. Sometimes you have to match what was quoted and then have IT fix it. I am debating on returning again for service. More
