After my Saturn was totaled in 2010, I was a wreck. I loved that car and didn't think any other would compare. Ultimately my decision came down to two cars from two different dealers. Option A was the Pontiac at Shawnee Mission Hyundai that I really liked (though it was of a higher quality and thus, little above my price range). Option B was a good price, but I didn't like the car nearly as much. If it hadn't been for Bob's friendliness, patience, and willingness to go out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted, I would have ended up with option B from the other dealer. And after a year with option A, I am very happy with the decision I made. More

I was lucky to start my experience with Shawnee Mission Hyundai with Rebecca, when she answered my call after a rocky experience with my local dealership. Rebecca put me at ease from the start, and assured me that she and Shawnee Mission Hyundai could help me find the specific car I wanted. The fact that they would do this without me being local or having ever met me is truly amazing! Rebecca took such good care of me that the only time I actually stepped foot in the dealership was to pick up my car! She took care of all of the paperwork for me by phone or email, and was available by phone at any moment I had a question. Most of the time Rebecca actually called me to check on me before I even had a chance to call her with a question! It was like she could read my mind! Michael Ball was also very helpful in working with me and was able to provide me with accurate information, and more importantly- he was able to work a miracle and locate and secure the exact car I wanted within a day, at an awesome price! I have had my car for three weeks now and they still do not have an official loan taken out. They are still calling me saying they need more and more information everyday. I can honestly say out of the three cars I have bought so far they were the worst people to deal with. At first they are all nice and super friendly, but once you start to buy the car they try to add in extra costs that the only reason I knew they did was because I read every single word on everything they wanted me to sign. He let me take the car out with my boyfriend for lunch so that we could talk "without pressure" and in the end I was able to go home with a car I love with a reasonable payment. In addition, when I felt like the alignment was out a few days later, Chris said I could bring it in and have it looked at/adjusted at no cost to me. The service was kind and professional. When I brought my car in to be realigned, not only was the work fast and friendly, but also one of the service techs took time to educate me on how best to care for my car.
