All the people we worked with were friendly and helpful. I went in for brake servicing, and the staff seemed knowledgeable. They offered a few other services, which increased my bill to being more than I wanted to spend; however, they worked with me and save knowledgeable. An "OK" experience First I have not purchased a car since 2012. By the time I narrowed down what I wanted and which dealership had it in stock I ended up with Reed Hyua First I have not purchased a car since 2012. By the time I narrowed down what I wanted and which dealership had it in stock I ended up with Reed Hyuandi. We worked with Cassandra on a Test drive of the Palisade, but we decided we wanted a Santa Fe Limited. We worked with Ben M. on a test drive for that. It was very confusing because via text you were talking to someone vs. when you went in. I wasn't sure who did what or if they worked off commission. They assured me they work as a team. Cassandra was off the day we purchased the car so we worked with Ben M. Great Guy!! We loved our experience with him. Although changing between agents made things confusing for everyone involved. In the system we were told the Vehicle we were purchasing had 26 miles on it. When Ben went to get the car he came to tell us it actually had 523 or so miles on it. (He was upfront and honest - that meant alot). We had just signed all our paperwork, so it was discouraging, but were told by our Finance guy (AJ Kanaziz) it wasn't a big deal, but it was to us. The finance guy did not always talk nicely about the salesman and I did not appreciate that, because we had a good rapport with Ben. The experience with finance was not fun. At that point we had been there a long time and we just wanted to go. In addition on the sticker it stated we got a full tank of gas, but we found out verbally no, they only give you $12, but that's not what the sticker stated. I was told I could pay cash, but then when we came in the next day was told I had to finance to get the rebates I got. Between each dealership doing something different, the TV ads, etc. things weren't clear to me but I had not purchased a car since 2012. In the end I was just glad to not be dealing with it anymore, but I did finally get my new car. More
