Long delay in returning car I just went in for an oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. Had previously requested a ride home because I am helping a neighbor that re I just went in for an oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. I was told then that people that wait get first service. I guess at some level I understand that BUT I had bothered to make an appointment for the service and had commitments for the afternoon. Adam saved the day by getting a vehicle and coming to get me. That will deter me from not waiting in the future if that is to be the policy! More
