Stay away! Where to begin? Before I say anything, stay away from Tony Robinson particularly who is totally incompetent, and I would avoid this dealership in gene Where to begin? I went to Reed Hyundai on 1/18/20 for a test drive as they were offering a Visa gift card as a reward. While I admit I wasn't particularly interested in buying a car, I would not have been opposed to a test drive, and could have come back to this dealership in the future to buy a car. I was greeted by Tony who right away said no need to do the test drive, he said they had people come in all the time to get the visa card offer. He assured me that the offer would be marked as received in the next few days, and that was the end of our conversation. Now ask yourself, would you buy a car from someone so incompetent as to not be able to submit a single form? Or a dealership that blatantly is refusing to honor their own offer after I have sent multiple emails? All they want is your money, they have no integrity or any kind or customer service. Think about it, if you do buy a car from them, and then have to come back for service or another issue? Guys like Tony Robinson will lie to your face, promise you something and then not do it. He has no integrity. Stay away from him and the dealership and save yourself from future headache and stress. More

Efficient and pleasant experience. We came in without an appointment and they were able to work us in and fix the problem in about an hour. It was a simple battery cable erosion, but they could have made us appointment and they were able to work us in and fix the problem in about an hour.
