Got my first Hyundai As most people will agree, haggling with dealers to get the best price is not a preferred activity. But I was pleased with the process at Reed becaus As most people will agree, haggling with dealers to get the best price is not a preferred activity. But I was pleased with the process at Reed because they were willing to go above and beyond to get my business. The only negative I encountered was when I went to pay for the car and discovered the price quoted was only if I finance, which I had not planned to do. But after a little more discussion, they met what I needed to hear, and I purchased my very first Hyundai after years of buying Toyotas! Hunter and John were very easy to work with, and Kelly could not have been friendlier as we went through all the paperwork. I'm hoping their service department is as easy to work with as their sales people and managers. More

Transmission replaced I was first told it would be 2-3 days that parts would arrive. Then told on third daa as y parts were still 1-2 weeks out. At that point, I was finally offered a loaner car.. When the parts did arrive, I wasn’t notified, I caa as led to check status and found out. I was also told 1-2 days for the work to be completed. It took three. I think there was too much lack of communication. I also don’t believe the process should’ve taken more than two weeks to complete. Service reps were otherwise nice and courteous. More
