Tony and John were both very helpful in trying to get me into something I would I recently purchased a New Hyundai Tucson and my experience was great! The day I went they were having a lot of technical issues with their systems as well as only one person in finance which caused me to be there from 11:00am to almost 7pm. Battery We had to call road service on Sunday because car was dead. Was there early on Monday as it had only been 10 days since we were there and they had ok We had to call road service on Sunday because car was dead. Was there early on Monday as it had only been 10 days since we were there and they had ok'd the battery. they explained weather makes a difference and of course I was still upset but they did find a $20. coupon to help with the cost. They real help happened when we were resetting everything and could not set the clock no matter what we tried. My husband took it back and with 2 hours of trying they called hyundai and was very complicated to unlock it and it was set. Appreciate their work. More
