Of course, he knew it would fit- but was kind enough to know that I would need to see it to believe it. The next morning I was late to meet him because I really wanted to keep driving the car! I decided right then that I wanted to buy it but I had to work so I came back later. I left with my new car at 6:45! Dealer could not replicate, but the mechanic was kind enough to go on a drive with me (still couldn't replicate). They did discover that I was low on oil and they are doing an oil consumption test. I was very appreciative of the time invested in looking at the car, the communication of the service advisor, and the fact that I was not charged anything. Only detraction of the visit was recommendations to change air and cabin filters based on mileage when I had just changed them myself (and thus could have wasted my money if I had agreed on their recommendation). More
