Although it was a busy Saturday, Joe jumped in to find the right tire in stock. I left the bad tire and wheel and returned a few hours later to have the new tire installed. Inexperienced Personnel? Towed car in for recall repair. Told lady I wanted a tune-up and oil change. Was told oil change was part of tune-up. They didn't do tune-up. Also Towed car in for recall repair. Told lady I wanted a tune-up and oil change. Was told oil change was part of tune-up. They didn't do tune-up. Also was going to be charged $29.00 to hook up battery. I didn't hook the battery up because the recall stated the car could catch fire even with the engine off. After arguing the point that it didn't make sense to hook battery up, finally they didn't charge me but common sense should have made them aware of why the battery was not connected. Finally, shop charges are just too expensive. A tune-up by itself cost $446.50, nothing else but a tune-up. More

Of course, he knew it would fit- but was kind enough to know that I would need to see it to believe it. The next morning I was late to meet him because I really wanted to keep driving the car! I decided right then that I wanted to buy it but I had to work so I came back later. I left with my new car at 6:45! We are Solving Mysteries Together Brought car in because of a clicking sound when I back up and turn. Dealer could not replicate, but the mechanic was kind enough to go on a drive wit Brought car in because of a clicking sound when I back up and turn. Dealer could not replicate, but the mechanic was kind enough to go on a drive with me (still couldn't replicate). They did discover that I was low on oil and they are doing an oil consumption test. I was very appreciative of the time invested in looking at the car, the communication of the service advisor, and the fact that I was not charged anything. Only detraction of the visit was recommendations to change air and cabin filters based on mileage when I had just changed them myself (and thus could have wasted my money if I had agreed on their recommendation).
