The service department allowed me to be first for service when the shop opened and they were professional and courteous when they received me. The service technician was very informative and checked my maintenance history to ensure everything was made current on my visit. I also appreciated the coffee and donuts that were provided and my waiting area was comfortable. It seems to me that all of the Reed staff really do care about giving great service and making the experience pleasant for each customer. I intend to buy my next car with them and I have referred business in my travels. More
