Helped me get out of a terrible lease experience I was in a terrible lease with a Subaru Forester via Chase Auto Finance. I decided to start test driving some similar cars (that don't finance with Ch I was in a terrible lease with a Subaru Forester via Chase Auto Finance. I decided to start test driving some similar cars (that don't finance with Chase) a couple of months before my lease was up and went to Reed to test drive a 2019 Tucson. Tony listened to me when I explained what I needed and what I wanted (and understood the difference). He never tried to upsell me. I enjoyed my test drive and was offered a solid deal on a new lease, but hadn't done all of my research and thus wasn't quite ready to commit. I test drove quite a few more comparable SUVs and talked to many sales people at a number of dealers around town. It pretty quickly became apparent that Tony's offer was the best deal I was going to get. I called Tony up a few weeks later and said that if he could offer me the same numbers he had when I first came in, he had a deal. He said absolutely, so I went in the next day and Tony had the car ready to go. I was able to drive away with a brand new Tucson with all of the safety features and extras that I wanted for the same price as my less luxe Forester and with a MUCH smoother purchasing process. I even forgot a couple of things in my Subaru and went back about a week later to pick them up. Tony had it all ready for me. I had always had negative experiences with car dealers. I've always felt that I was being pressured to buy more car than I could afford and that I was being worked over with confusing numbers. You know, the whole, "Let me go talk to the manager" schtick while they leave you waiting for an hour. Tony never did this. He kept his promise, as did the rest of the Reed team. My trust in car dealers has improved and I would recommend Tony and Reed to anyone who is looking for a straightforward, efficient, and honest car leasing/purchasing experience. More

Not as good as it used to be I used to pay $60 formy oil change. This time they did it and it was almost $80! New people in charge are not as good as the old ones who not only would change my oul but they'd check my tires n add air if needed and top of fluid under the hood. Also they had my car all day and couldn't find what was causing the check engine light to come on ON THE NEW VEHICLE I JUST BOUGHT 2 MONTHS AGO FROM THEM! Instead they recommended i PAY for a carbon flush that cost almost $300! And suggested that MAY BE what's causing it. Why wouldn't they JUST DO IT as a courtesy since i LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT THE VEHICLE FROM THEM! and it shouldn't have any current problems AND BE IN TIP TOP SHAPE! I will not be going back to them and am seriously regretting this purchase! Don't let this place scam you! More
