First rate customer service. While traveling home to Texas our Hyundai Santa Fe was not starting after driving several hundred miles and then filling our gas tank. After a while it started, but knew we needed to have it looked at. The first Hyundai dealership was backed up more than 2 days, so they recommended Reed Hyundai. We were treated like long-time customers and our service advisor Josh kept us informed as to what was going on. We knew we needed to leave our car, but their courtesy shuttle took us back to our hotel. Courtesy driver Gilbert was kind and very helpful as I was using a wheelchair. Kudos to everyone in the service department from the service technician who discovered the problem, and for being able to fix our car quicklyso we could continue our trip home. When the car was fixed, the courtesy shuttle came to pick us up so we could get our car. A BIG thank you for all the people who helped us. We also got chocolate bars! More

Palisade sale I didn’t feel the dealership was responsive to me initially. Calls were not returned. There was a miscommunication on the 1st car I wanted to buy. Lack of communication When I made the appointment the lady said that I couldn’t wait on my car. The only option was to drop it off. When I got there I found it was a lie so When I made the appointment the lady said that I couldn’t wait on my car. The only option was to drop it off. When I got there I found it was a lie so it inconvenienced me as I had to pay someone gas money to follow me there and pick me up then take me back. Then I was quoted a price that was not accurate and ended up spending more money. I already barely had the money for my service so I’m highly disappointed in the lack of communication with that customer service rep. More

The only thing I was skeptical about was that I changed my air cabin filter the week before and when I got my report back they indicated that it needed to be changed again. It seemed suspect since I just changed it less than one week. It made me skeptical about all the other services that were being suggested. The last time I went in the discovered a problem with my engine. They worked with me and the manufacturer quickly and they took very good care of me as a customer and my car. They provided me with a loaner car and were in constant communication with me as new developments and solutions came up with my service. The service department at Reed Hyundai is amazing and continuously so! More
