Okay experience I'm not giving a 5 start review because I was promised i would be given a loaner car while my service was getting done because I had to go straight to I'm not giving a 5 start review because I was promised i would be given a loaner car while my service was getting done because I had to go straight to work. When I arrived I told them was I was told on the phone and Josh I think was his name was very rude about it and said I don't know who told you that, that is not suppose to be promised and I don't have one for you. He was never once friendly or customer service driven. Also I had a very very awkward drive with the shuttle drive who was flexing his pecs and it was very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I will be coming back to this place to get my car serviced on just because of how unpleasant the drive and customer service wasn't great. The work that was done on my car was great though. More

Oil change, multi-point check I had an appointment, the staff is friendly and knowledgable. I was told the wait would be longer than I anticipated but their work was done much soon I had an appointment, the staff is friendly and knowledgable. I was provided with a list of recommended services, all of which were logical based on my cars mileage and my driving habits. I don't recall the gentleman's name I worked with, Art greeted me in the service bay. More
Warranty When we bought our car it was to have 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. When I met Nicholas in person when picking up my car, he was friendly, courteous and had me on the way in a few minutes. More
