Oil change / tire rotation I came in for an oil change/tire rotation. Previously I had scheduled the appointment online and had the email response in hand when I arrived at th I came in for an oil change/tire rotation. He looked at my email confirmation and nicely said that it would not be a problem, he would have the work completed on my car very soon. I was in and out in less than an hour. The service advisor was friendly and professional. In my opinion he is a good representative for the dealership. More

Reed Hyundai is the best dealership out here in Kansas. I used to go to McCarthy and stopped going because they never gave me the level of service I receive here. Pat was very pleasant, polite and took care of the problem that I had been in for twice . He was very professional and it was a simple fix.
