Thank you for your recent visit to Reed Hyundai. I want to apologize for not having a service loaner available for you, as you were told we would have at the time you set your appointment. We try to accommodate all customers needing vehicles but some days we get over run with requests. When a customer is having a Electronic issue on their vehicle, we must be able to duplicate the issue to fix it. The vehicle will provide a service code at the time the problem is occurring to lead to the root of the problem. Unfortunately, some of these codes are not saved in the vehicles computer and must be gathered at the time the car is experiencing the issues.
