Transmission replaced I was first told it would be 2-3 days that parts would arrive. Then told on third daa as y parts were still 1-2 weeks out. At that point, I was finally offered a loaner car.. When the parts did arrive, I wasn’t notified, I caa as led to check status and found out. I was also told 1-2 days for the work to be completed. It took three. I think there was too much lack of communication. I also don’t believe the process should’ve taken more than two weeks to complete. Service reps were otherwise nice and courteous.
