Dealer could not replicate, but the mechanic was kind enough to go on a drive with me (still couldn't replicate). They did discover that I was low on oil and they are doing an oil consumption test. I was very appreciative of the time invested in looking at the car, the communication of the service advisor, and the fact that I was not charged anything. Only detraction of the visit was recommendations to change air and cabin filters based on mileage when I had just changed them myself (and thus could have wasted my money if I had agreed on their recommendation). More

I received an oil change on my Kia Sedona minivan I work in emergency services, and it is impossible to predict my schedule as I work three different jobs. The service department allowed me to be first for service when the shop opened and they were professional and courteous when they received me. The service technician was very informative and checked my maintenance history to ensure everything was made current on my visit. I also appreciated the coffee and donuts that were provided and my waiting area was comfortable. It seems to me that all of the Reed staff really do care about giving great service and making the experience pleasant for each customer. I intend to buy my next car with them and I have referred business in my travels. More
