Service was fine, annoying confirmations I filled out the online form to setup service and was asked how I would like to be contacted as a reminder and while I didn't need reminded, I went ah I filled out the online form to setup service and was asked how I would like to be contacted as a reminder and while I didn't need reminded, I went ahead and said you could email me. I received a text message asking reminding me and asking for confirmation and a phone call about the appointment. I never received an email. I also stood inside waiting for a service person to help me when I got there and it took almost 15 minutes for one of them to actually say anything to me. Very frustrating experience. But the actual service to the vehicle was good. More

Incompetent employees/service To start, my car was in service for a new engine for 4 months. During this time the rep that provided my original loaner did not complete the necessar To start, my car was in service for a new engine for 4 months. During this time the rep that provided my original loaner did not complete the necessary paperwork. 2 months in, I received a call regarding an unauthorized loaner vehicle I was driving, that had no information entered in to the system. When the next service man swapped out that vehicle, that paperwork was also incorrect, which I did not sign. Moving forward, I received a call around 9/10 that my car was finally ready, however I was out of town. Once I returned, I contacted the service dept to confirm hours to retrieve my vehicle, I was then advised it actually was not ready. A couple weeks later I received a call advising the "new" engine failed the check and it would be additional time to put in another "new" engine. I did not receive my vehicle until 10/4. Fast forward to 10/11, my vehicle won't start at all and I am stranded at work. Against my better judgement, I now have no choice but to tow it back to Reed Hyundai, as they completed the original services. I would not recommend this particular service center to anyone at all. This has been a traumatic experience that unfortunately is not quite over. More

Mistakes were made. The tech did the campaign that I had scheduled to the wrong car. I had to wait for my car because they hadn't used up all the billable warranty time. Then the service manager tried to give me the wrong car and then looked confused and when I told him it wasn't my car. I have a 2013 sonata and the car they tried to give me was at least a 2017. I appreciate the attempted upgrade but I am sure the cars owner wouldn't have. It was a different body style. Then they had to do the campaign all over again and it took half the time to do the campaign that I originally had to wait. More
