I will begin by saying I will never patronize this dealership for my car service and will discourage any potential customer seeking to get value for their money. First the representative named Ty (email tyannec@dealer.reyrey.net) was extremely rude and disrespectful when I inquired about a costly recommendation made last year that did not appear in my current diagnostic (even though i had never addressed the so-called issue). The inconsistency led me to believe that the previous recommendation was unnecessary and was simply an effort to “upsell” me on services. As i was inquiring Ty rudely responded “i am not going to go back and forth with you” and walked away while I was still voicing my concerns. This level of rudeness and disrespect toward customers suggests that this dealership lacks instruction for its staff. Although I purchased my 2015 RDX from this dealership and had 95% of my previous work done there, I have lost all confidence in their service and they have lost a long time customer and any potential customer with whom I can share my experience. More
Bought a pre certified 2020 Acura MDX vehicle which had no carpet, no second key and no manual. Had to insist before a carpet was provided. They may have given us a good pricing deal but people are snubbish in sales there and too tight when it comes to servicing! They will not do your regular maintenance if you are not within the month of service, even though by mileage it’s time for us to do it! When we brought our mdx to Karen Radley with 30% oil life, they did mentioned to us that it should be 20% oil life but still accomodated us since we are already there! So now, we will continue to bring our mdx for maintenance to them in the future! My sister n law bought her mdx there and was very satisfied, so if you need to buy a car, this place is really one to consider! More
