Rather than feeding you lies like I was fed at the fairfax, va dealership( specifically Tracey, huge ego bigger than his petite frame- beware folks, please, beware.) and the Stohlman dealership. Beware folks do not go to those dealers. They will lie and coax you with their fangs. If you want to experience above and beyond customer service with complete contentment, don't bother going to any other Volkswagen dealership but the Karen Radley located in Woodbridge. Now I'm sure all the sales rep at Karen Radley are great, but you want a stellar customer service, with no pressure, and a great deal go to Bob Stull. He is more honest than your average Christians. He's been in the industry longer than the GM's there so he's the guy to go to. He's got the muscles to wrestle the big dogs in your favor. This is not just a glorified comment but you REALLY have to check out for yourself and experience what I have experienced. Thank you Mr. Bob Stull you are worthy to be esteemed. I want to thank you and your staff for a pleasant new car buying experience. He answered all the questions I had, listened to my "war stories" and did an excellent job during the "negotiation" phase. I came close to "bailing out" on the deal, however, thru Clarence's negotiation skills we were able to finalize the deal. Doug was especially thorough in explaining to me all of the checks that were made on the car before delivery and we already have the first scheduled maintenance scheduled. As you told me before I even drove the Jetta TDI, the performance and mileage would be outstanding. In two days of driving, my wife and I are extremely pleased with the car. It has been getting 40+ mpg around town and last night we drove it on I 95 and got 52.5 mpg. The acceleration is outstanding and has a good road grip. This morning my wife and I stopped by and had her Iphone synced with the Fender radio system. She was totally "blown away" with all of the features and capabilities it has. When we began our search for the most efficient fuel efficient car we could find, VW was not on our list. We feel very lucky that Clarence got us to test drive the Jetta TDI. More

Called the service department because my 2005.5 2.5L Jetta had a flashing engine light. Other than the light flashing, the was running fine, 30+ MPG, running smooth. It has never run since. When I picked up the car, they informed me that I owed $140. No one had explained their service charges to me. The service manager was nice enough to reduce the price to $45, which I appreciate. My concern is that my car was running great and I cannot understand how it could become a brick in their possession. I towed the car home and am trying to find a reputable service to fix the problem. I found a 2006 Jetta online and set up an appointment to see the car with consultant Melvin Cygan. Melvin worked with me from the start and did a phenomenal job throughout the process. I searched for a vehicle through USAA. Located in Norfolk VA, I went to a dealer in Newport News as it was closer. They were not able to match Karen Radley prices, but were also less friendly and helpful in VA, I went to a dealer in Newport News as it was closer. Sal Cirillo was able to find the vehicle I wanted for thousands less than the local dealer, and also gave us a full "tour" of the car upon delivery to make sure we knew how to use everything.
