Also very confused on what the maintance contract I purchase included. Spoke to the GM he apoligize for what happened bud this will never bring about trust And requested if he could send me detailed information on what I purchased in the maintance contract. He send me a copy of what is handed out to customers. No letter of explanination what happened with the run around on a product that we thought was ordered. More

I went in for preventative maintenance, spent $1400 and have had nothing but problems ever since. In fact I have two difference Service guys contradicting each other about what is rattling underneath my c have had nothing but problems ever since. I lost and ran over a plastics shield that fell off a week after service and Karen Radley is doing nothing to make amends of all my time and troubles. I had the work done in March and have been back three times to get it right. I now have a complaint in with Volkswagen and have found another mechanic to not only fix the problem but to figure out just what Karen Radley did to my car. Go elsewhere. More
I started taking my 2006 VW Jetta GLI to this dealership service dept on the recommendation of a friend of mine who also owns a VW. I had some bad experiences at another VW dealership service dept nearby, but Karen Radley VW has always treated me very well. I have had a few mechanical problems with the car that were quickly and completely repaired under warranty without hesitation. I have owned the car for two years and 33,000 miles and will always return to Karen Radley VW for routine as well as repair service. More
