The young lady at the Service Department was very helpful and took care of all my questions and service. I would have rated 5 stars but the one gentleman at the Service Department was rude. He told me to “hang on” when I walked in which was understandable because he was on the phone. However, after waiting about 10 minutes he finished his call and said “what’s up boss.” He couldn’t provide me with how long it would take for the service so I just waited for the young lady to help me. When I make an appointment for a recall that requires parts, you should have the required parts on hand, or not make that specific appointment. Had to return next day, and it still wasn’t done when prom parts, you should have the required parts on hand, or not make that specific appointment.
