Crandall is a fabulous no pressure, customer focused dealership. We bought an 04 Explorer (great price) through them and have had it maintained there ever since. They've always stood behind their work and never tried to gouge us. In fact, as an example, I had a rear light bulb burn out and went into parts to get one. Just gave it to me w/o charging. Will probably look to buy a new car in 2010 and that will be where we go back to. More
