transmission in our vehicle went out, it took over six months to get the parts, due to the incredibly slow manufacturers who are still attempting to catch from the "covid" years. Anyway while the vehicle was there I was loaned a car, the service department (Ray was our service rep) made regular checks on the parts required, kept us up to date dealt with Zurich insurance because we purchased their extended warranty and dealt with all their requests along with dealing with Chrysler Customer Service, whom I had called due to the FACT that Dwayne Layne accepted our vehicle then was not just rude but downright "xxx"inine to us (PS do not take a vehicle there) and then were able to locate KarMart, which we will be going to for all our vehicles needs, and more than likely will be purchasing a vehicle from there in the future.
