As I live out of the area I was even assisted by Josh in getting my old car home to Bellingham which was an incredible help. He was exceptionally accommodating of my schedule and proved to be highly trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone I know the purchase of a car through this dealership! More

Not only was the actual purchase painless but, because of Josh Linvog, we feel we are on the road to a better financial future. Which, of course, isn't even what we went shopping for or expected to come with our purchase but we were matched with Josh and for that we are especially grateful. His professionalism and kindness were above and beyond any previous experience we have had. Thanks to Nissan Karmart we will continue to drive Nissans well into our future. More

Terrible customer service, zero accountability. I bought a brand new Nissan Rogue. 5 miles on it. It was an unseasonably dry winter in Washington, but eventually it rained. Found out the factory I bought a brand new Nissan Rogue. 5 miles on it. It was an unseasonably dry winter in Washington, but eventually it rained. Found out the factory had not sealed the car in many spots and ended up with puddles of rain/road water in my brand new car. Wanted it replaced but was told no. Missed a lot of work to get repairs done without so much as a 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Selling point on the car was that they would throw in some free oil changes. Turns out those are provided by the warranty and expire after 20k miles or a year. Was never told that was just told they would throw those in because of their generosity. Have tried to contact management on several occasions only to be ignored or continually passed off and made to feel like an inconvenience. This is the second Nissan we have bought from this dealer, and 4th Nissan we have owned, and they have caused the loss of a loyal customer. More

Stereotype Salesmen Toward Women If zero stars was an option, that is exactly what I would give this rating. I have been car shopping for a couple weeks now. I am not in need of a n If zero stars was an option, that is exactly what I would give this rating. I have been car shopping for a couple weeks now. I am not in need of a newer car, it's merely a want, so I am being extremely particular on the vehicle I seek out (and why shouldn't I). I went to Nissan Karmart yesterday (after driving over an hour and a half to get there) as they had a vehicle I was quite interested in. First of all, the salesmen should have knowledge of a vehicle they're selling. I was told by Scott "this model has the music box, so it definitely does have navigation". I explained to him "not definitely - - the car can have music box WITHOUT navigation" (but this particular model did indeed have navigation). We took the car for a test drive (he didn't ask for my license and when I offered it up, he declined) and I wanted to take the car on the freeway. He took me on a wild goose chase through back roads galore. After I mentioned I wanted to go on the freeway, he stated he was taking us to highway 20 because "the freeway gets a lot of congestion by this exit". Highway 20 maxes out at 50 mph, not to mention there are stop lights. I took the car on the freeway anyway....I am the potential buyer - - not him. When we got back to the dealership I told him I'd like to check the oil. To my surprise, the oil was completely dirty! He then goes on to say that they've had the car since 3/31/15 and that was the last oil change and that it was dark because it hasn't been driven much. I stated regardless if it's been driven, nearly 5 months have now passed since the last oil change. He then went on to tell me that Infiniti's do not need to be changed for 5,000 miles. I corrected him and said that actually, Infiniti suggests an oil change every 3,750 miles and being that he said he was a previous Infiniti owner (twice) I was surprised he didn't know that. Once I spoke up, he quickly backtracked his comment to 5,000 miles. Despite his lack of knowledge and assuming because I am a woman, I will know nothing, I was still interested in the car....contingent on an oil change. I also advised him that after an oil change, I would need to take the car to Infiniti for a full inspection. He then wanted me to sign an agreement that if they changed the oil and Infiniti gave a clean report, I would buy the vehicle on our agreed numbers. After they gave me an insulting lowball offer for my trade, I politely declined and was ready to walk. Once he realized there was no deal, his attitude became extremely rude and argumentative. Scott not only insulted me (told me I was nitpicking, insinuated that I was over reacting on wanting an inspection since the car is still under warranty and challenged me on previous offers from other dealerships that I have walked away from) but he treated me with such disrespect. I honestly believe if I were a man or if I had walked in there with a man, the treatment I was given would have been the complete opposite. These imbecile's should not judge a book by its cover. Just because I am female does not suggest I have no knowledge on cars. Actually, it's quite the opposite and I do know cars and know what to look for. He realized as such and it infuriated him. I would encourage anyone in the market for a new/used car to steer clear of Nissan Karmart. Save yourself time and sanity. More
