We were fortunate to be assisted by Michael Rosenberg , sales and leasing consultant She had a number of questions and concerns about leasing or buying which Mr Rosenberg took the time to detail the benefits of both and gave her all the needed information for her to make the decision. She went through her "list"and I (as an observer) was very satisfied that Mr. Rosenberg was an expert in his field. He was extremely patient with a vehicle novice and addressed every one of her questions and explained things so that she understood. I went there as a pessimist and after my daughter completed the transaction I felt very comfortable that she got a good deal. When I first arrived at Karp Kia, Claudio came up to me right away and helped me out. Even set up a test drive on the Stinger GT1 on the spot. Throughout the entire process, Claudio worked with me to get the best deal on a GT2 as well as the color preference I wanted. I ended up driving away a 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 in Ceramic Silver and red interior. Such a beautiful car, and I can't thank Claudio enough for the service he provided. He also went above and beyond by personally delivering me brand new all weather cargo mat and cargo net for the trunk. Second great experience at Karp KIA! It’s almost a month since I leased my second KIA from Karp! I got out my 2016 Optima lease early and leased a 2018 Sportage! The Optima was great, but It’s almost a month since I leased my second KIA from Karp! I got out my 2016 Optima lease early and leased a 2018 Sportage! The Optima was great, but the Sportage is outstanding! I owe my decision to Michael Rosenberg! He helped me with my Optima and I knew exactly where to go for my next KIA! He put me in the right model with all the right features! He worked up a great deal and I couldn’t be happier! I appreciated the way Michael handled the sale, but I appreciated even more how he contacted me after the sale to make sure I was satisfied! I know for the length of my lease I’ll be in good hands with the Karp service department! I told Michael I’d see him again in 2 to 3 years for my next KIA! More

The customer service in this dept has gone south I have been coming to this service dept for years and today my most recent experience has been one of the WORST I’ve had at any service dept for my en I have been coming to this service dept for years and today my most recent experience has been one of the WORST I’ve had at any service dept for my entire life........ I say I need one thing. Then I get asked repeatedly asked about the same thing but worded differently each time. THEN!!!! Somehow thru mixed communication I have to pay for something that doesn’t make any logical sense in any shape or form... I don’t know how I got screwed in such a way.....and when I spoke up about the miscommunication, the individual could have cared less... (looking around while I’m talking, scratching the back of there neck)..... I am disgusted in this lack of customer care..... More
