waited 1hr 20min for an oil change, with an appt!! I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change when I had originally purchased my Kia (2 months in advance) and the day of my scheduled appointment I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change when I had originally purchased my Kia (2 months in advance) and the day of my scheduled appointment I ended up having to wait 1hr and 20min at the service center for an oil change. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told that there were only two technicians working on the weekends (less than their usual 4-5 during weekdays), which makes no sense since a) most people bring their cars in on the weekend to have service done and b) seems like there weren't enough technicians to manage their scheduled appointments. What is the point of making of scheduling a service appointment if it ends up taking almost an hour and a half to complete the job, and why would you not warn those waiting for work to be done that it might be slower than usual? When I originally purchased my car, I was led to believe by the sales rep that the purpose of scheduling services was for convenience and efficiency, neither of which happened during my experience. Moving forward, I will not use Karp Kia's service department and instead will continue to go to my regular mechanic who, not only have I been using for years, but who informs their customers of any inconveniences in advance. More

In the past we have always dreaded dealing with the sales process. However, with the help from Audley, there was no stress what-so-ever. This was by far the easiest lease we have ever experienced thanks to Audley. His professionalism and understanding will keep us customers for a long time to come. More
