Have been in contact with Warrantech, the extended warranty company that Karp uses. In an email from Becky Philip, she states that I should get in contact with the Finance Dept. at Karp. Made another call there the other day. I got transferred to the voice mail of Peggy, left a message,and as of today still have not received a return phone call or email. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. I spoke with Megan at Warrantech, and she states that the refund check was sent out to Karp on Jan. 20. Before I get the BBB to open an investigation, I would like to give Karp the opportunity to send me the check. It doesn't seem that difficult.
