I spent several weeks in search of the perfect new car for me. after several visits to many dealerships, I had a light-bulb moment and settled on Kia. So, my husband and I went to Karp Kia in Rockville Center. We were greeted by this lovely young lady at the front desk and she directed us to Niel Fogel, our sales representative. He was a delight. I can honestly tell you that he genuinely cared about what I needed and provided us with great service. He is very knowledgeable about his cars and took the time to explain to us the different options, and features, and even compared different pricing options for us. I walked out with a Kia Sportage and this car is great. I would highly recommend that you go see Niel Fogel at Karp Kia for your next car, you will not be disappointed, he treats you like family. It is 01/28/2023 and I have still not received the check. I’ve had multiple conversations with Claudio, my sales representative, and Michael Belleau, the finance manager, all of whom continue to make empty promises of payment. “The check is in the mail” is a punchline at this point. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More

I do not recommend KIA or KARP KIA SERVICE CENTER! If I could give 0 stars, then I would. They are not looking after the best interest of the customer. They make all customers sign a document before service to pay $225+ for the diagnostic test even if they do not find anything wrong with your car! Incidentally, the red engine light “magically” disappeared without an explanation. Trust me, it is a scam! Please go to another KIA service center and do not patronize KARP KIA SERVICE Center, even if you have a warranty! They will not submit the claim to the KIA warranty department, as it would be fraudulent to do so. Remember, they could not tell me why the red engine light illuminated. Lastly, KIA Corporate cannot assist as all KIA service centers are individually owned and operated and KARP KIA is well aware of this. I am quite disappointed in KARP KIA and KIA, and I do not recommend! After reading the negative reviews posted here, they have lost a loyal customer! Thank you all for reading my honest review.
