I was not hassled in the least rather the opposite, it was a pleasant and professional experience. During the test drive Vic answered all my questions and told me a few extra fun facts on the cars. Victor is very personable and genuine. The financing options and car of choice was in the highest range of desirability. On a relative basis from dealerships in Subaru in Bayside (trade in) and my Kia in Long Island City visit, Vic's professionalism is in a league of its own. All in all it was a great saturday experience and a great purchase. Love the car, appreciate the great service, will recommend to all my friends and family to try Karp Kia and mostly importantly try to do it with Vic. More

I walked into the dealership after visiting a rival dealership the day prior and walking out very disguted. I was met at the door by Jonathan who was very friendly and professional. I have my 2013 optima sxl for 2 months now. It is a great car. Mike Rosenberg is a great guy. First off I had to make sure he was a salesman, because this is the 10th auto I have bought new in the last 10 ye car. Mike Rosenberg is a great guy. First off I had to make sure he was a salesman, because this is the 10th auto I have bought new in the last 10 years,and never felt comfortable with the salesman. Mike changed that. His no pressure sale tactics worked. He worked with me on my purchase and even calls/emails me to make sure everything is fine with the car. Karp dealership is also one of the finest. First class all the way. I have bought cars in other dealers in the Brooklyn area and None..I mean NONE compare to the service and respect you get at Karp.
