Our experience with Audley Bullock at Karp Kia was really great. He spent a ton of time with us I test drove 2 different cars while we were there, 1 car he knew we had no intention of buying but he insisted great. This is unusual at dealerships. We did not plan on buying the car that day but the customer service was so outstanding and Audley went out of his way to make my wife and I feel comfortable, so I decided to pull the trigger (especially because we got a great deal.) I have recently been to several other dealerships and had some awful experiences and some good ones, but Karp Kia was one of the best. Highly recommended, definitely ask for Audley. More
I had been shopping around for a hybrid for a while, and saw the Optima hybrid with the premium trim we had wanted. We knew there wouldn't be any kind of discounts on the hybrid with a premium trim - these saw the Optima hybrid with the premium trim we had wanted. We knew there wouldn't be any kind of discounts on the hybrid with a premium trim - these cars are very difficult to come by these days, and instead of low balling to get us to come into the dealership, Karp Kia was very honest and up-front with us about the price. Once I came to the dealership, I met up with Sam, who gave us a test drive then went over financing options. The car came with some options that raised the price above what we were hoping for, so we didn't buy that day. Sam understood and was not pushy at all. He didn't try to sell us a different car than what we wanted. Instead, over the next week he took the time to talk to management and contact us to come to a price we could both accept. When I returned to pick up the car, everything went smoothly and as promised. Sam and the entire team were friendly, professional, and you didn't just feel like another number there. I'm very pleased with the car so far, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer to everyone. Thanks! More
Every employee that we came in contact with at Karp Kia was super nice to us. My husband & I went there looking for a Kia Soul. We sat in his office & he patiently explained leasing to us (we have only purchased in the past) & answered ALL of our questions. (There was NO PRESSURE -just information) We were torn between 2 differnt models & price mattered, then Sam introduced us to Ronnie, who became our finance guy. Ronnie worked his magic & got us into the sports model @ a price we could afford. :-) I commend Sam & Ronnie for their professionalism as well as their teamwork. Sam even called me the day after delivery to make sure I was fully satisfied w/ the purchase as well as extend an open invitation to come in or call him w/ any future questions or issues. KARP KIA IS A CLASS ACT that is a rare find in this day & age. I highly recommend them, they will make you feel right @ home. Thank you all for a refreshing experience! :-D Tina More
We were purchasing a car for our daughter, and after much research, found the Kia Sportage to have the highest possible safety rating, with an amazing amount of standard safety features, at an affordable pri research, found the Kia Sportage to have the highest possible safety rating, with an amazing amount of standard safety features, at an affordable price. We visited several Kia dealers, but found Karp Kia to be both fair and honest. Adda, and everyone else at the dealership (Al, David, Todd, etc.), were great to work with. As a result,we will -- and have already -- recommend our friends to take a look at the Kia cars, but only at Karp! More

My husband and I bought a Kia Sorento two and a half weeks ago. We decided on a Kia Sorento because it is rated very high by Kelly Blue Book and Consumer Reports. We had previously rented a Kia Almant weeks ago. We decided on a Kia Sorento because it is rated very high by Kelly Blue Book and Consumer Reports. We had previously rented a Kia Almanti on our honeymoon and a Kia Soul when my car was in the shop and we enjoyed driving Kia. We are a new family and buying a car is a big deal since we live pay check to pay check. I thought we we getting a great deal and doing fantastic. We went and looked at cars. We went back to Kia because we liked the Kia Sorento. We were looking at it in FWD and AWD (we wanted to know the price difference. The difference between the two was roughly $2,000 so my husband agreed for AWD. We said we wanted a Kia Sorento AWD with the third row. No extras but to have the third row, you needed the convenience package so we said fine. Tom said they had a Kia Sorento AWD with third row and convenience package on the lot and quoted us a price that we thought was great. Tom said we could not see it because it was on their other lot. We put a deposit down unseen. My husband went back the Wednesday before we were picking it up (we picked the car up the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend) to work out financing. We were hoping to trade in a 2003 Saturn VUE for close to the Kelly Blue Book dealer trade in (which was $6,500) but all they offered us was $3,200 and they would go up to $3,500. It is worth a lot more so we didn't trade it in, we are trying to sell it private (like they suggested) because otherwise we could not afford the Kia Sorento. We went to pick up the Kia Sorento and the car looked great. You couldn't read the top of the window decal (I should have suspected something there). We got home with it and were showing my parents the car and we noticed it was not AWD but FWD. We did not negotiate because we thought we were getting a good deal. They said they were having a demolition sale. How did we know it was not the car we wanted. We wanted AWD for our baby so we can be safe and travel with her in bad weather if necessary. We called Karp Kia immediately when we got home noticed it (we didn't even drive 10miles in the car). Karp Kia said it was the Vin # on the contract and the deposit. We made the deposit and never saw anything about the car but the Vin #. How would we know it wasn't/was a Kia Sorento AWD? All Karp Kia would do was offer us 1 free oil change. I wrote my review on here and Ellen Karp respond back to me right away. She was very nice and understanding. We discussed the situation and she really wanted me to be happy with it. I am very happy now. I still have FWD and I do not feel I was ripped off. I feel much better about it after speaking with Ellen. My husband and I enjoy driving the Kia Sorento and highly recommend it and Karp Kia. More
Michael is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He is friendly, professional and very informative. We had originally gone to a Kia dealer closer to our home, test drove the car and really liked it He is friendly, professional and very informative. However the sales person at that dealer offered NO information about the Kia Sorento we were interested in. So we left and I decided to look for a dealership that had been reviewed by customers on Dealer Rater and that is how we found Karp. Although Karp is about 40 miles from my home and there are 3 other Kia dealers closer to my home, the trip was worth it. I would highly recommend Karp to anyone looking for a Kia, Saab or Buick. More

After visiting numerous Kia dealers throughout New York, I cannot say enough good things about Karp Kia. All the other Kia dealers only wanted to play games and make the customers stressed out(Amazing that I cannot say enough good things about Karp Kia. My salesman Tony Barone was a complete gentleman as well as the manager Al Parisi. They said they would get me the car that I wanted and they did (NO GAMES). My experience is a unique one because I did not purchase the car from Karp due to the lack of inventory from Kia. But Christina and Al were extremely professional. very helpful and tried their best to find the car from Karp due to the lack of inventory from Kia. But Christina and Al were extremely professional. very helpful and tried their best to find the car for me. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They both are a great asset to Karp Kia. In the future I will definitely come back to this dealership. I would have prefered to buy the car from them. Hopefully in the near future.
