He did not try to high pressure me into something more expensive and made it a pleasure to buy the car. When I picked up car he helped program the blue tooth for me and made sure I knew how everything worked where everything was, like the lever for the gas cover on the floor. The dealership as a whole did a great job of engaging the buyer. Scheduling a time to meet with a salesperson to test drive the vehicle and get any preliminary questions answered was a very effective use of buyer. After having visited two other Kia dealers on Long Island, Lindenhurst and Medford, Karp was a breath of welcome fresh air. The sales representatives were both knowledgeable and attentive. The sales representatives at the affore mentioned dealers were not nearly as professional as Audley and Todd at Karp. The whole process was extremely positive at the Karp dealership. Audley took the time to give my wife and I a tour of the dealership. He introduced us to the service manager, parts department manager and other members of their highly professional staff. Every member of the dealership my wife and I were introduced to was friendly and personable. Even casual meetings with other staff members were positive and friendly. It is my hope that the positive feelings I have experienced to date shall continue in my future contacts with Karp. More
I definitely enjoyed my experience at Karp Kia. Errol Anderson was a delight to deal with. He was professional at all times and never made me feel pressured to buy the vehicle. I was given $ 1900 better trade-in for my 2008 sportage than previous dealer who had sold me 3 others by Mr Audley Bullock. he gave me an excellent price on the new 2011 Sportage even though it was equippe than previous dealer who had sold me 3 others by Mr Audley Bullock. he gave me an excellent price on the new 2011 Sportage even though it was equipped with more electronic equipment than i was looking for at the time. After using the Vehicle 3 months ,i couldn`t be MORE pleased.It is a BIG step up from earlier Sportage model years in performance & comfort. I travel 11 miles past 2 other dealers for servicing just because of the staff at at Karp making my wait so enjoyable & friendly! I would recommend them to any one who asks. More
This dealership was a pleasure to work with. I particularly like the fact that they did not attempt to sell extra warranty plans and or features to the car. Both Tom and Al went above and beyond to hunt down the exact vechicle I wanted. They were both very curteous and professional. I would recommend them 100%.
