I reached out to Daniel Karp about a problem we had with his manager from the used car dealership. The manager was rude and hostile. We had asked for a second key especially after the 1 and only key we were his manager from the used car dealership. The manager was rude and hostile. We had asked for a second key especially after the 1 and only key we were given showed low battery. This service manager said we had never asked for a second key. Obviously a lie, in fact we had asked the salesman for a key the same day we bought the car which was a week before.. At the service department we were told the faulty key was “your problem “ and they wanted payment. We refused and they fixed it begrudgingly. When we asked the manager to help us he said “you people” sneering at us. That’s not a nice statement to make to an Hispanic person. What is wrong with these people? I still have not heard from this family owned business, don’t they care about other families? Had to give 1 star or wouldn’t post. More
